“I have thoroughly enjoyed the Certificate III Business Administration course and I am about to finish my final unit, Process Payroll. The course has allowed me to develop solid office skills particularly in keyboard use and computer functions, organising schedules, creating presentations with PowerPoint and Prezi, spreadsheet, how to design and produce different types of business and published documents. I am now very confident with using the Microsoft Office Suite of programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher), familiar with different ways of editing, proofreading and formatting with the programs and how to use different technologies such as Voicethread and Google Drive.
